How long is my password valid?

How long is my password valid?
Passwords are valid for 60 days.

How many times can I incorrectly enter my password before I am suspended?
You can enter your password incorrectly three times during any single business day. The fourth time you enter an invalid password in the same day, your password will be suspended. If your password is entered incorrectly during three consecutive logon attempts, your user ID will be suspended on the third attempt.

Can I use the same password more than once?
You cannot use your previous four passwords.

How many characters should my password be?
Password must between six and eight characters long.

Are passwords case sensitive?
Passwords are not case sensitive.

Are my IDs and passwords the same for eXpressReports and System III (DataLink)?
Your eXpressReports and DataLink OC Web, System III IDs and passwords are the same.

When I am idle for a while on System III (DataLink), why am I prompted for a password when I try to enter or process accounts?
System III (DataLink) allows for a 30-minute idle time. After 30 minutes, you will be prompted for your System III (DataLink) password order to proceed. If you are idle for at least 2 hours, the entire CICSAE session will be cancelled. If you are idle for at least 3 hours, your entire log-on session will be cancelled and you will have to log in again.

What does "not mounted" mean in eXpressReports?
Not mounted means that the tape the information or report is housed on is not currently in a tape drive. The report is easily retrieved by selecting or clicking on the "not mounted" report.

Can I save a form from this site onto my PC?
Our PDF files are not designed to be interactive. You must print the form and manually fill it out before sending it to us. Although you can capture the PDF form to your hard drive for future use, we discourage the practice because you would not know when forms or manuals are updated.
